The brilliant minds of our culinary team

Yousef Jalajel
Head Chef
His adventure began with a wealth of experience in one of the best five-star luxury resorts in the Middle East's pre-opening stage (Kempiski Ishtar Dead Sea). A few years later, he triumphantly won the Les Roche Institute's national competition for the best Jordanian Chef Under 25, which opened doors for him to work at France's Michelin Star restaurants. He relocated to the UAE so he could spend some time working with the legendary Michelin Star Chef Gary Rhodes.
Yousef regards simplicity as an expression of perfection, which translates into his leadership style and the respect-based environment in which his team members are encouraged to express their culinary creativity.
