An avid Star Wars fan and world traveler, Chef Collin Kaskel has had an illustrious career in food & beverage. After graduating from a private high school at just 14 years-old, Chef Collin Kaskel tried his hand at going to a conventional school to earn his associate’s degree but decided to pursue his true passion of food and became a student at Le Cordon Bleu Dallas. Because of this passion, he was able to graduate with honors and later on received his B.A. for hospitality management. Throughout his career, he’s excelled at a variety of restaurants including a Mexican restaurant, pizza place, all the way to luxury dining at The Fairmont Dubai.
