The wellbeing of our guests and associates is of paramount importance. We are reinforcing recommended measures on appropriate hygiene standards and following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and local health authorities.
LOBBY & PUBLIC SPACES
We are providing hand sanitizing stations in high-traffic public areas, such as the lobby and event space pre-function areas. We are also engaged in increased cleaning frequency of hard surfaces and high guest and associate touchpoints with cleaning solutions that provide broad-spectrum disinfection.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required by executive order to wear personal face coverings.
ROOM AMENITIES
Most amenities (ice buckets, coffee makers, laundry slips, bath items) have been removed from the guest room. Your amenity pack (distributed at check in) will contain your bath amenities. Please do not hesitate to contact us to request a coffee maker or fresh ice. All items have been sanitized and will be delivered to your door. Please make sure to be present to receive the items as our associates will be unable to enter the room.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
