The Westin Cleveland Downtown features 20 versatile function rooms totaling 20,000 square feet, including an expansive 9,050-square-foot ballroom.

The collection ranges from photography and mixed media paintings to a 13-piece sculptural installation for a compelling experience that integrates natural materials alongside Cleveland’s urban landscape. Each venue features contemporary décor in rich earth tones with vibrant orange details and hardwood trim. Snowflake-like chandeliers add extra sparkle. Ideal Meeting Size: up to 100 guests

Our hotel provides the perfect location for small gatherings or intimate meetings in Cleveland. The Executive Boardroom, located on the 23rd floor, overlooks sweeping views of Lake Erie, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and FirstEnergy Stadium, home of the Cleveland Browns. 

Additionally, the multifunctional Vanda room is divisible into two distinct spaces—Vanda North and Vanda South—for smaller meetings, breakout sessions, and more. Each breakout room on the 7th floor can host up to 40 people theatre-style or a conference for 22.

Large Meetings
