Guest Room Renovation Notice
At The Westin Rusutsu Resort, renovations of our Standard Rooms (3rd–9th floors) and Luxury Rooms, including select Executive Rooms (17th–21st floors), were completed between 2024 and 2025.
From April to November 2026, we will continue renovating our remaining Executive Rooms, including select Luxury Rooms on the 11th–15th floors. With this final phase, all guest room renovations will be completed.
During this period, we will take the utmost care to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.
