Guided by a specialist, follow each step in the sustainable production of this premium drink. The tour concludes with the tasting of different types of beer.

The first beers reached Peru in the 19th century, thanks to German immigrants. Today the tradition is still alive and through the craft beer movement it has found a unique way of reinventing itself. Several producers are encouraged to use supplies from Peru to create new sensations and flavors. We invite you to discover how the best craft beer in the region is prepared. Guided by a specialist, you can follow each step in the fully sustainable production of this premium drink (use of natural ingredients, non-bottling and community support). The tour concludes with the tasting of different types of beer in a unique location next to the Urubamba River.

An experience that will allow you to participate actively in the picking of the best products of our garden in order to prepare them together with our chef in a wood stove on the banks of the imposing Vilcanota river. A gastronomic and spiritual journey that will put your soul in total harmony with nature.

(trout, chicken breast, beef tenderloin).

Five Fires

An experience that brings together the best flavors of the Andes in five different types of cooking: Caja china, cylinder, grill, clay oven and pachamanca style. In addition, five different types of meat and the best seasonal ingredients from our organic garden will be used for each preparation. The experience includes a select variety of artisan breads, herbal infusions from our garden and a bottle of water or a soda.
