Guided by a specialist, follow each step in the  sustainable production of this premium drink. The tour concludes with the tasting of different types of beer.

The first beers reached Peru in the 19th century, thanks to German immigrants. Today the tradition is still alive and through the craft beer movement it has found a unique way of reinventing itself. Several producers are encouraged to use supplies from Peru to create new sensations and flavors. We invite you to discover how the best craft beer in the region is prepared. Guided by a specialist, you can follow each step in the fully sustainable production of this premium drink (use of natural ingredients, non-bottling and community support). The tour concludes with the tasting of different types of beer in a unique location next to the Urubamba River.

Andean grains and cereals such as quinoa, maca or kiwicha are part of our natural heritage and an incomparable food source since pre-Hispanic times. Featuring strongly in all kinds of dishes, it is, however, in the bread where these ancestral ingredients can be enjoyed to the fullest, a pleasure to all the senses and clear proof of why they have endured so long. A master baker will guide you in the process of preparing, kneading and baking the loaves in a traditional clay oven and heated with firewood. Make the experience of tasting your own bread even more exquisite with our dips station: organic jams, butter, local cheese, hams, among others, all there for you to enjoy.

Five Fires

An experience that brings together the best flavors of the Andes in five different types of cooking: Caja china, cylinder, grill, clay oven and pachamanca style. In addition, five different types of meat and the best seasonal ingredients from our organic garden will be used for each preparation. The experience includes a select variety of artisan breads, herbal infusions from our garden and a bottle of water or a soda.
