The Poolside Bar with scenic views of Downtown Dubai’s skyline and the Dubai Water Canal is the ideal place to relax and enjoy a light meal under rays of sunlight.

    The Champagne Sabering

    Dating back to the battles of Napoleon Bonaparte, who famously opened champagne with his saber in both victory and defeat, the art of sabrage is the signature ceremony of the St. Regis Evening Rituals series. Take part in a rich celebration of storied history with champagne sabering at St. Regis Bar. Daily at 7pm.
