The Escape also offers the second largest event space on The Palm, with The Great Room spanning a whopping 1,215 square meters. Every conference room offers mood music and signature scents, allowing you to inspire, engage and leave an impression with little legwork. As it happens, our event planners are happy to shoulder some of the small details.

Ellipse

This intimate setting is 208sqm and perfect for a day or night event. The Dubai Marina skyline serves as the backdrop and creates special moments for up to 75 guests.

Studios (3)

Three studios can combine for a total of 231sqm. With plenty of natural light, these venues are where creative minds meet, decisions are taken and fantastic coffee is served. Take any combination of studios that suits your needs.

 

Studio Lounge (1)

This original space is thoughtful in design. It houses a boardroom table for 8 and its connecting terrace is adjacent to WET. That should be enough motivation to wrap up the meeting!

 

Strategy Rooms (2)

Two additional stand-alone venues for up to 10 guests. Wired and ready to go, it's where great minds meet.

Generally used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions. A five foot round table seats eight people comfortably. A six foot round table seats 10 people comfortably.
Conference and Hollow Square
Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Reception
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Schoolroom or Classroom
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.

Generally used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions. A five foot round table seats eight people comfortably. A six foot round table seats 10 people comfortably.
