The Coral Mary, served in handmade glassware, is a tangy libation created as an homage to the thriving reef that surrounds the island, the majestic desert sands, as well as the beauty of both sea and sky. Its vibrant coral hue combines with desert sand inspired, dried black lime, ubiquitous to every Saudi home, to add flavor that’s both acidic and savory.
