Use of cardiovascular-weight training room featuring treadmills, elliptical, stationary cycles, circuit training equipment and free weights.

A variety of fitness classes offered daily including water aerobics, yoga, mat Pilates and spinning.

Outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool.

Separate spa facilities for men and women

Private locker provided with robe and sandals for use within The Spa.

Complimentary teas, water and snacks available in the co-ed lounge.

Guest enjoying a service of 50-minutes or longer massage or facial, have access to the entire spa on the day of their service.

SPA RESERVATIONS:

Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete check-in and allow time to change for your spa day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your spa and salon appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Twenty-four hour notice is required if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling in less than twenty-four hours and no shows will require a charge of 100% of the treatment price.

AGE REQUIREMENTS:

16 years of age for facials and fitness use.

18 years of age for spa access, massages and body treatments.

Valid identification may be required.

Guest under the age of 16 are permitted to have salon services.

SERVICE CHARGES

For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to all treatments or services rendered. Additional gratuities are at the guest’s discretion.

SPA COURTESY

The entire spa, including poolside, is a smoke-free/cell phone-free environment.

What about my reservations?

To ensure the times and treatments you want, we recommend making a reservation for all your spa treatments. Please plan ahead as weekends and holidays book up quickly.

What if I have special health conditions?

Your health and safety is always our first concern. Please make sure to inform the spa concierge of any physical conditions you have that may affect your spa treatments, including, but not limited to skin irritations, high blood pressure, heart condition, pregnancy, epilepsy, post-operative states and diabetes.

What to wear during the treatment?

For bath and whirl pool sessions, a bathing suit is comfortable and appropriate. Alternatively, treatment can be enjoyed without clothing or we can provide you with hygienic disposable underwear. Choose what is most comfortable for you. Our therapists will always use draping techniques to respect your privacy.

What if I experience any discomfort during my treatment?

Your satisfaction is a priority. If something is not to your liking, please let your service provider know immediately. We will do everything possible to make sure your spa experience is an enjoyable one.

What about my jewelry and valuables?

Please leave these personal items in the safe in your hotel room.

What if I am late for an appointment?

Arriving late will decrease the time of your treatment. Your treatment must end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. Should there be no booking after your treatment, your treatment will last the full duration.
