13 dynamic meeting rooms, all located on the first floor, are designed to accommodate a wide variety of events and group sizes. All our meeting venues feature contemporary décor with vibrant accents to infuse your meeting or event with energy and style. Every room opens onto the sleek, modern pre-function foyer, able to accommodate up to 400 persons for a cocktail reception.
We offer four tasteful boardrooms with seating for up to 22 persons, including Madrid and Cape Town rooms, distinctive and unique spaces with their wood parquet floors, leather chairs, and light wood tables, plus windows for natural day light. All our boardrooms are furnished with state-of-the-art projection equipment.
The Ballsaal is our striking, art-deco-style pillarless ballroom, accommodating up to 320 people for a banquet or 450 in a theater setting. Ideal for gala events or large conferences, this warm and charming space boasting beautiful wood details can be divided into three separate rooms.
All of our meeting rooms offer cutting edge audiovisual capabilities and equipment, including cross-linked WLan, LCD screens, and Wi-Fi. Our elegant ballroom can be outfitted with all technology upon request.
