Our laundry and dry-cleaning service operates seven days a week. Same day service is available if items are received prior to 1pm. A 50% service charge applies to items collected after 1pm. Laundry and dry cleaning will be returned directly to the closet. Laundry bags and full details are to be found in the TV cabinet drawer; laundry bags should not be left outside of guest rooms.
In-room babysitting service is available through our housekeeping department. Each babysitter can babysit for a maximum of two children. Bookings must be made at least six hours in advance. The fee for each babysitter is 100 HKD per hour, with a minimum charge of 300 HKD. A 30% premium applies on most holidays. An additional 100 HKD transportation fee will apply to bookings past midnight.
