He's an Orange County Native, but he spent much of his childhood learning to cook traditional dishes from Jalisco, Mexico with his mother. Food has always brought his family together. Now, Chef Alcala is passionate about farm-to-table cuisine - simplistic and sustainable, yet still elegant. It's clear to our own team and guests alike, that he puts an immense about of love, creativity and passion into everything he creates.
