Explore The Wai`oli Mission, located just moments from The Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas in Kauai, Hawaii. Established in 1834 by American Christian Missionaries, the landmark church was assisted in its growth by Deborah Kapule, the dowager Queen of Kauai, and by Governor Kaikioewa of Kauai, who provided land. Under the guidance of its Hawaiian ministers, the church grew, until in 1945, it joined with the Anini Church and the Haena Church to form the Wai`oli Hui`ia Church of today.

The Kaua'i Museum is the cultural sanctuary for the art and artifacts of Native Hawaiians and it nurtures the creative spirit of today's artists.

Located on the island’s south shore , Allerton Garden is offers tours to of its towering rainforest trees with tall curving roots that grow near bronze mermaids, a grove of swaying golden bamboo, a cut-flower garden, and tropical fruit trees with a focus on landscape design.

McBryde Garden

McBryde Garden is located in the picturesque and historic Lawai Valley on Kauai’s south shore. The garden features the largest ex situ collection of native Hawaiian flora in existence. Tours of McBryde Garden and the adjacent Allerton Garden depart from the National Tropical Botanical Garden South Shore Visitors Center daily.

Na Aina Kai Botanical Gardens

The Na`Aina Kai Botanical Gardens offer 240 acres of splendid beauty, encompassing 13 diverse and lush gardens, a hardwood plantation, a canyon, a sandy beach and more. Discover meadows and fern-draped canyons. Encounter the Pacific Ocean  in its wild beauty. Enjoy the 70 bronze sculptures that adorn the landscape. A real treasure, this botanical garden offers guided tours from Tuesday through Friday, weekly.
