We understand that undergoing a renovation can bring up questions and concerns, so we've compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions to help put your mind at ease. We're here to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable, even during our renovation process.
The renovation will start on August 1st and will be completed by November 2023.
Westin Club Rooms and Suites will be under renovation. Other room categories will not be affected.
The hotel will operate under normal conditions.
No, the pool and beach areas will not be affected.
Renovations affect only 1 restaurant & 1 bar. The other 7 restaurants & bars will operate normally.
Spa services will be available at the AWAY Spa at the W Costa Rica hotel next door.
No, the entertainment and activities program will not be affected.
Yes, the Westin Kid's Club will continue to operate on its regular schedule.
The Westin Workout Fitness Studio will continue to operate under regular conditions.
