Discover our two exclusive west-facing penthouses with more than 400 sqm. The ultimate private urban sanctuary with glorious panoramic views over Madrid’s historical landmarks from the upper floor. The lower floor is comprised of the living area as well as a butler’s kitchen. On the outside, there’s a fully furnished, private terrace with Mediterranean greenery and a private infinity outdoor pool. Both duplexes offer total privacy and exclusive access, offering a one-of-a-kind home away from home experience in the heart of Madrid.

The Opera Penthouse

Located on the top floor and appointed with a timeless interior design, The Opera Penthouse Suite is the ultimate private urban sanctuary. Designed as a duplex with 96m2 / 1033ft2 of indoor space and a featuring a 125m2 / 1345ft2 private, fully-furnished outdoor terrace with Mediterranean greenery and private infinity outdoor pool. The outdoor space is equipped with a dining table for up to 14 guests, lounge area and sunbeds. On the upper floor there's the bedroom, featuring a walk-in closet and glorious views of architectural landmarks - Palacio Real, Teatro Real (Opera House) and the alluring breathtaking skyline views. There are also a master bathroom with bathtub and a courtesy bathroom in the living area. Interconnecting rooms are available up to 3 bedroom units (for up to 8 guests).

    On the top floor sits the largest private sanctuary perched above neighboring rooftops. Arranged as a duplex and appointed with timeless interior design, The Madrid Penthouse is a sprawling 162m2 / 1744ft2 private residence with glorious views of the historic city center. The outdoor area features an unrivalled 298m2 / 3208ft2 private, panoramic terrace and outdoor infinity pool surrounded by lush greenery. Its interior features a living area with a large eight-seat travertine marble dining table, a butler’s kitchen with independent access, and a courtesy bathroom. On the upper floor, there's the bedroom, including a walk-in closet and the master bathroom - featuring a rainforest shower and bathtub, that overlook the heart of the capital. This penthouse can be combined with an adjoining room to create a two-bedroom city escape for up to 8 guests.
