Featuring recognised culinary concepts by well-known chefs Enrique Olvera, whose restaurant Pujol is one of the top ten World’s 50 Best Restaurants and Diego Muñoz, who led acclaimed restaurant Astrid Y Gaston in Lima to victory as the best Latin American restaurant in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants. Two world class great chefs like that in the same hotel is absolutely unprecedented. There is also a unique specialty cocktail bar, Lobby Bar, and a concept on the rooftop terrace that remains unrivalled in Spain.

Oroya Pisco Bar

Pisco Bar, where we can celebrate our national spirit and all its possibilities. The place where the great protagonist is one of the most representative and authentic national drinks, and where all its versions and possibilities materialize in its cocktail menu. A unique experience to truly discover the essence of Pisco, understood as the drink of Peru, and there is no celebration without Pisco, and without Oroya. In our menu we have a wide selection that adapts to all tastes, with more than 15 different references, our Pisco Bar becomes a place of worship to taste the different varieties of a century-old drink that awakens the senses.

Jerónimo Drink Specials

Selection of agave distillates in Jerónimo Agave distillates are one of the most intrinsic liquid heritages at the heart of Mexico. The trade of mezcal has preferred to preserve its mystical-religious and cultural links; Jerónimo toasts to celebrate and honor these traditions. Our selection is curated to offer a unique experience, from different varietals and regions, with their expressions. We focus on working with producers who have love, gratitude, and respect for the land that produces spirits tales. Mezcal Service. The complexity of mezcal is so unique that it cannot simply be limited to a pairing. In Jerónimo we accompany our mezcal with pickled fruits and vegetables to complement its complexity.

Sunday Brunch

On Sundays, Jerónimo invites you for an authentic mexican brunch in the city. The restaurant becomes the meeting point for some of the most characteristic flavors and traditions of both gastronomies - honoring one of the most important meals of the day. An exciting and colorful culinary experience that highlights some of the most iconic dishes: green chilaquiles, enmoladas as well as additional off-the menu specials, carefully selected by the chef. Available every Sunday from 12pm to 4pm. €39 per person (min.2 pax)
