In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:
- Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection in all high-traffic areas like restrooms and elevators and added hand sanitizing stations throughout the hotel.
- Social Distancing Practices: You will see signage throughout our hotel promoting social distancing and encouraging guests to stand at least 6 feet apart.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates are wearing PPE (Face Coverings, Gloves) based on the activities they are performing. According to the latest Miami-Dade County Emergency Order, face masks are required in all public areas throughout the hotel.
- Guest Rooms: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We are going to limit who comes by your room while you are here with us, which includes housekeeping. In an effort to minimize guest and associate contact, we will not provide daily housekeeping service. If you would like to have someone touch up your room during your stay, please let us know what time you are departing for the day. For guests staying for an extended period of time, housekeeping service will be provided every 7 days.
- Disinfectant Wipes: Available in each guestroom for every arriving guest.
- Temperature Screening: We are temperature screening associates and vendors at entry points of the hotel.
- Electrostatic Spraying: We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols in all public spaces.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
