All our hotel guests have complimentary daily access, while external guests are allowed with a daily entrance fee. For all guests, reservation is mandatory and subject to availability. The Spa features 3 treatment rooms, one of which is dedicated to couples' massages plus a nail studio. The rituals are developed in collaboration with the Italian dermocosmetics brand INSÍUM.

A wet area is available to all guests with a 12-metre indoor swimming pool plus an hydromassage tub overlooking the greenery; sauna, Mediterranean bath, emotional showers, ice waterfall and relaxation room will complete the area.
The indoor pool surrounded by lush greenery, invite guests to immerse themselves in the soothing waters while soaking in panoramic views of the surrounding natural beauty. Adjacent to the pool lies the hydropool, a therapeutic oasis designed to melt away tension and stress. Guests can indulge in the gentle massage of hydrotherapy jets as they surrender to a state of blissful relaxation.

Open 24/24, 7 days per week, our fitness studio is located next to the lobby in the SPA area and it’s equipped with the latest Technogym machines. The access is complimentary for all hotel guests, external guests can access to the fitness studio upon availability and reservation at a daily entrance fee including also the access to the humid area of the SPA.
The Private Suite Experience is your ultimate wellbeing retreat. Indulge in a couple's massage and exclusive use of the wet area in total privacy after the opening hour paired with fine bubbles and gourmet treats. Our SPA is a pure haven of relaxation and tranquillity open to both hotel and not hotel guests. Hotel guests have complimentary access to the SPA and its facilities, while external guests may have access to the humid area (for 90 minutes) and the fitness studio (for unlimited time) at a daily entrance fee of 55 € per person. Included into the experience: bathrobe, slippers and a personal locker. Rituals are not included. For those ones want to have a more exclusive entry conditions or just want to have access to the fitness studio, other options are available. Advance reservation is compulsory and it is subject to availability. Free parking and free wifi are always included.

The rituals and all the facial and body treatments of the new Sheraton Lake Como SPA will be developed in partnership with the Italian skincare brand INSÌUM. INSÍUM is a Clean, Cruelty Free and Vegan skincare line that uses scientifically advanced biotechnological ingredients to ensure anti-aging results. The word INSÍUM comes etymologically from the Latin "in somnum", during sleep and in ancient Friulian it means "dream". The Spa is located adjacent to the hotel lobby. Complimentary access is granted to hotel guests, while external visitors may enter subject to a fee.
All shared spaces, including the wet area, the pool and the fitness studio, are designed for independent use and are not supervised.
Exclusively from October to March, minors accompanied by an adult are permitted access daily until noon. From noon until closing, access to the Spa remains strictly reserved for adults.
Advance reservation is mandatory for all guests and subject to availability.
Access to the Spa is reserved for guests aged 12 and over.
Guests between 12 and 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under 12 are normally not admitted.
However, from October to March, children accompanied by an adult are exceptionally welcome from opening time until noon. After noon, the Spa remains exclusively dedicated to adults, ensuring a serene and relaxing atmosphere.
Spa treatments remain available for guests of all ages.

To access the wet area, reservation is mandatory. Staying in the wet area is permitted for a maximum of 90 minutes per entry.
Please be aware that you will be charged in full if you do not cancel your reservation 24 hours ahead of your scheduled treatment time
