A brand new oasis of more than 700 sqm dedicated to wellbeing with treatment rooms, wet area and fitness studio. The new SPA is dedicated exclusively to hotel guests who will have complimentary daily access. The SPA is reserved to adult only and children under 16 years old are not allowed to guarantee the maximum in relaxation.

Wet Area
A wet area is available to all guests with a 12-metre indoor swimming pool plus an hydromassage tub overlooking the greenery; sauna, Mediterranean bath, emotional showers, ice waterfall and relaxation room will complete the area.

Open 24/24, 7 days per week, our fitness studio is located next to the lobby in the SPA area and it’s equipped with the latest Technogym machines. The access is complimentary for all hotel guests.

The rituals and all the facial and body treatments of the new Sheraton Lake Como SPA will be developed in partnership with the Italian skincare brand INSÌUM. INSÍUM is a Clean, Cruelty Free and Vegan skincare line that uses scientifically advanced biotechnological ingredients to ensure anti-aging results. The word INSÍUM comes etymologically from the Latin "in somnum", during sleep and in ancient Friulian it means "dream". The Brand was born from the idea of reconstructing an inviolable escape zone, a moment of physical and mental regeneration dedicated only to ourselves, in which every element is pure, simple, truly effective as well as profoundly pleasant. A moment in which we take care of something we often forget: our well-being.
INSÍUM
This line provides a unique vision of beauty in which effectiveness and ethics are inseparable. Children are not allowed in the Spa even when accompanied by an adult. The facilities are exclusively for guests aged 16 and above.
