The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions at our bar and lobby in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and breakfast area. Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Access to our self-service parking structure is available to guests. For Mobile check-in, contact the hotel to request access prior to arrival.
  • Public Health Madison and Dane County passed a local ordinance requiring the use of face coverings effective July 13, 2020 and encourage social distancing.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, you may have noticed we made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and stairways as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: In-room water glasses are not currently available, but guests can request contactless water glass delivery. In our One Bedroom Suites, additional Kitchen utensil are also available upon request. Disinfectant wipes are available upon request for every arriving guest.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not enter your room. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our Guest Services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will be checking in with you on the 3rd day as a wellness check and automatically clean your guest room after on the 7th day..

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

  • Fitness Center: Open 24 Hours, face masks required at all times. Minimum of 3 guests at a time.
  • Pool: Open, 7am - 11pm, face masks required while seated, Minimum of 10 guests at a time.
  • Bar: Open Friday and Saturday, 6pm to 10pm, face masks required.

Breakfast On-The-Go available daily with a limited menu of individual wrapped items.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 6am to 9am
Saturday - Sunday 7am to 10am

The Market Place offers individually wrapped items and takeout selections.

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you have departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
