  • Adapted workplace behaviors and clearly marked prompts for safe social interactions. Expanded access to hygiene stations and more frequent cleaning of our hotel's public spaces.
  • Use of EPA-approved hospital-grade disinfectants. Guest rooms cleaned, disinfected and inspected prior to each stay.
  • Innovative technology for reduced contact options, like Mobile Check-In, Mobile Key, and service requests via the Marriott Bonvoy™ app.
  • Heightened focus on safe food handling guidelines. More availability of single-serve, pre-packaged and to-go food and beverage options.
  • Interactive seating diagram technology to keep pace with evolving physical distancing requirements for safe gatherings in our event space. Venue virtual tours and event digital check-in and registration.
  • To promote the health and safety of our communities, face coverings are required for guests and associates in all indoor public areas at our hotel.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and have provided more hand sanitizing stations throughout the hotel.
  • Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are also required to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic spraying. We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
