The Pavilion

The largest venue on property offers more than 20,000 square feet of event space. The Depot Pavilion seats up to 1,000 people in historic architecture. Ideal for very large receptions.

Great Hall

Great Hall

A grand ballroom that offers 4,600 square feet of versatile event space, ideal for hosting social gatherings, corporate meetings, or large-scale conferences for up to 450 guests. The Great Hall combines unique architecture, historic ambiance, and modern amenities, with vaulted ceilings adding a touch of sophistication and functionality.

Great Northern - Social Setup

Great Northern

A large event space with over 70,000 square feet, vaulted ceilings, and a popular pre-function area. Perfect for large-scale conferences, galas, or social events with seating for 500 banquet-style or 700 for receptions. Accents of the original Milwaukee Road Depot train shed and classic brick wall provide a unique atmosphere with a tremendous amount of natural light during the day and a great city feel at night.

The Conservatory

The Conservatory is perfect for summer gatherings or pre-event cocktail hours. With over 3,600 square feet of space, it can accommodate up to 350 guests. This unique venue, surrounded by glass and featuring vaulted ceilings, offers abundant natural light and stunning views.

Winter Garden

Winter Garden

The Winter Garden offers an intimate 2,600-square-foot space, perfect for daytime gatherings or ceremonies. With seating for up to 300 guests, this venue is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Luce Line

Luce Line / Empire Builder

These eclectic rooms are ideal for intimate cocktail hours, corporate meetings, or as a private suite with ample seating. Accommodating up to 50 guests, the two rooms can be used separately for breakout sessions or as private spaces for event organizers.

Hiawatha Ballroom

Ideal for receptions, this intimate space can be subdivided into three separate event rooms for smaller celebrations. 3,300 square feet of space. Maximum capacity of 250 guests with seating for 200.
