    Recycling

    Reducing the amount of cardboard, plastic bottles, and grease that would normally go to a landfill.

    Energy Conservation

    The property utilizes smart thermostats in all guest rooms. We replace equipment with Energy Star-rated replacement. We also have converted the property to 100% LED lighting with occupancy controls in all meeting spaces.

    Water Conservation

    The property utilizes 1gpm sink aerators. 2.5 gpm shower heads and 1.28 gal toilets.
