Named for Andy Warhol’s legendary Factory studio, the suite consists of a double-height, open-plan living space with two adjoining King bedrooms and bathrooms. Huge floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a stunning outdoor terrace with views of NYC. The suite’s furniture is sculptural and sophisticated: Playful tiger print and lip-shaped cushions adorn the large navy-blue velvet sofa. A marble-topped bar serves as a buffet for catered food and drinks. Above the large dark wood dining table — which seats 10 on plum upholstered chairs — hangs a chandelier in the shape of a cut diamond. The double-height windows flood the suite with daylight; even more tempting is the enormous outdoor terrace, impeccably planted and providing two areas for lounge seating as well as a dining table seating 10.
