Rooms range from 165 to 195 sq. ft. and include Kings, Executive Kings, Double Doubles, and Quads. The 546 sq. ft. Factory Loft suite features double-height windows and an enormous terrace.

The Suite Life
The Factory Loft suite, is the ultimate spot for parties, events, meetings, and social gatherings! Named for Andy Warhol’s legendary Factory studio, the suite consists of a double-height, open-plan living space with two adjoining King bedrooms and bathrooms. Huge floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a stunning outdoor terrace with views of NYC. The suite’s furniture is sculptural and sophisticated: Playful tiger print and lip-shaped cushions adorn the large navy-blue velvet sofa. A marble-topped bar serves as a buffet for catered food and drinks. Above the large dark wood dining table — which seats 10 on plum upholstered chairs — hangs a chandelier in the shape of a cut diamond. The double-height windows flood the suite with daylight; even more tempting is the enormous outdoor terrace, impeccably planted and providing two areas for lounge seating as well as a dining table seating 10.
