Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your service to allow for check-in and no later than 15 minutes prior. Dressing room lockers are provided for personal items and can be held 30 minutes prior to treatment and 30 minutes post treatment. Away Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items. Your reservations require that we schedule Spa Talent and hold appointment times just for you. As a courtesy and to avoid charges in full, we require 24 hours notice should you need to change or cancel your reservation. A deposit of 50% will be taken at time of booking to guarantee reservation. The remaining balance will be taken at time of check-out. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or same day cancellations, and 100% of the service will be charged. Late arrival will still result in full charge for your requested service, even though your actual treatment time may be reduced. We do add a 20% gratuity and 5% service charge to each service.

All spa guests must be 18 years of age or older. For facial services, minors 16 years of age or older can receive services with their parent or legal guardian present. A waiver form is presented at time of arrival for the parent or legal guardian to complete.

We encourage to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment to enjoy our luxury amenities. Facial, body, and massage services include access to our WET Deck and outdoor heated pool Mondays – Fridays and for an add-on fee on Saturdays and Sundays, so we welcome you to spend time lounging poolside or taking a restorative plunge - year-round. We welcome you to pack a pool bag with your pool essentials including bathing suit, cover-up, etc. Towels are provided at WET Deck and SPF is available seasonally.

Please include on the Guest Experience Form sent prior to arrival any medical needs or preferences relevant to your treatment experience that our team can review. Upon arrival, you will be asked to share any relevant medical or allergy needs with our team. All information is confidential and used to support the most safe and nourishing experience.

Our hotel has valet parking only provided by Towne Park. Overnight guests pay the rates applicable and as advertised for overnight parking. For Spa Day Guests, between the hours of 10:00am - 7:00pm Spa Guests will receive a Day Rate Validation for $55.13 (inclusive of all taxes and fees). Should a Day Guest wish to stay longer, standard rates apply. Upon arrival, please request a pink day ticket from Valet and our Spa Receptionist Team will validate it at the $45 rate upon departure from the Spa.

Come as you are. We welcome all guests to arrive comfortable and to settle into our cozy spa robes and sandals before enjoying their spa treatment. Spa robes and sandals are for use inside of the spa during your visit and are to be returned upon completion of spa experience in the designated areas inside the Locker Rooms.

Our Sauna and Cold Plunge amenity is available to W Philadelphia hotel guests from 7 AM - 8 PM for a fee of $25 per day. Sauna and Cold Plunge are included with all facial, body, and massage treatments. These amenities are also accessible to non-hotel guests with the purchase of a Spa Day Pass.
