Unwind and discover wellness at our Scottsdale spa

Guests are encouraged to make arrangements in advance. All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card along with first and last name, email address and phone number. To schedule your appointment(s), please call our spa desk. Guests staying on the property may dial from a guest room. Please advise us if you are pregnant or have other significant health considerations when booking your treatments and our trained therapists will help you to choose the most suitable treatment for your needs.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel outside of 24 hours before your service time, you will not be charged. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, 50% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file. If you do not show up to your appointment and we have not received any communication, 100% of the service fee will be charged to your card on file.

Spa services are available for guests ages 18 and older (subject to limitations and parental supervision). Please contact spa directly for any age restriction concerns.  

To access WET Deck, all guests must be 21 years of age or older and a valid ID will be required when entering the WET Deck.

Marriott gift cards can be purchased and can be used in AWAY Spa. 

Please arrive at the spa at least 15 minutes prior to your service to allow for a relaxing check in experience. 

We invite you to use the spa steam showers, F&B offerings and luxury products before and after spa treatments. We request your arrival at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment time, providing you with ample time to check-in and prepare for your spa experience. Should your arrival be delayed, please note that your treatment time will be reduced accordingly so that we may serve the next guest on time. 

Late arrival will still result in full charge for your requested service, even though your actual treatment time may be reduced. We request that you do not bring jewelry or valuables to your spa experience. AWAY Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items. Lockers are available for spa guests 30 minutes before and up to 30 minutes after your service. If you need to store your belongings before or after that time period, ask the spa concierge for bag/luggage storage options. We are happy to securely store your bags.

50-minute services include access our WET Deck, so we welcome you to spend time lounging poolside or taking a restorative plunge - year-round. We welcome you to pack a pool bag with your pool essentials including bathing suit, cover-up, etc. Towels are provided at WET Deck. Food and beverage can not be taken up to the WET Deck but can be purchased there. A valid ID is required and only person’s 21 years of age or older will be allowed at WET Deck.

Please consult your doctor prior to your appointment if you have health conditions or concerns. Please include on the Guest Experience Form sent prior to arrival any medical needs or preferences relevant to your treatment experience. Upon entering the treatment room, your provider may ask you to share any relevant medical or allergy needs with them. All information is confidential and used to support a safe and relaxing experience.

Valet parking rates fluctuate based on the service or services you are receiving. Please ask the spa concierge for the specific parking totals for your reservation. Street parking is free of charge and may be available. 

We do not have a sauna. Two individual steam showers are available in each locker room at the spa. As a part of your spa experience, you do have access to the WET Deck on the 2nd floor, which is open year-round.
