Magnify any occasion at W Punta de Mita, where our original indoor venues, beachside outdoor venues, and custom decorations set a vibrant scene for everything from conferences, product launches, and board meetings to celebrations, fashion shows, and incentive groups.

Gather for a conference or cocktail hour in one of three state-of-the-art studios located near the resort’s Welcome Area. Featuring a wall-to-wall glass entrance with partial ocean views, these adaptable spaces range in size from 492 to 1,354 square feet and host up to 90 guests cocktail-style or up to 72 guests classroom-style. An open-concept foyer also allows for easy connection between the three studios.

Celebrate a successful day or a seminal anniversary with an epic banquet of up to 250 guests at our outdoor Garden Plaza. Situated at the heart of the resort, next to the lake, this stunning venue remixes palm trees and local flora with views of the WET Deck, Huichol Sunway, and ocean beyond.

For smaller celebrations, like a cocktail banquet of up to 60 guests, the Spice Market terrace—on the roof of our Spice Market restaurant—also boasts ocean views from its wooden pergolas.

Hosts with their hearts set on celebrating beachside can select from our Venazu Beach, Beachfront Area, and Chevycheria lounge, each with limitless Pacific Ocean vistas.

Grand fiestas of up to 400 guests cocktail-style or up to 200 banquet-style electrify Venazu Beach, nestled between the Venazu restaurant and Chevycheria. Barbecues of up to 100 guests or cocktail banquets of up to 60 guests find a photo-ready home on the Beachfront Area’s natural palm and grass islands, while the Chevycheria Lounge is a memorable setting for up to 50 guests

Conference and Hollow Square
Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Reception
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Schoolroom or Classroom
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
