In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:
Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: Starting with our public spaces and high-traffic areas, we are going above and beyond our normal cleaning and disinfecting protocols. In addition, hand sanitizing stations have been installed throughout our public areas including hotel entrances, our front desk, lobby, elevators, restrooms and meeting spaces. We have UV-C cubbies for disinfecting phones, tablets, pens and keys, and have installed sanitizing UV-C lighting systems in escalators.
Electrostatic Spraying: We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
Guestrooms: In our guestrooms, we have elevated our protocols to thoroughly clean all surfaces with CDC approved disinfectants. We have installed UV-C lighting in our guest room HVAC systems, to help combat microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, mold and other pathogens at a 99.99% effective rate. We have also removed all paper collateral from our guestrooms. In Room Dining menus are provided upon arrival.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our Front Desk team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
