At Los Suenos Marriott Ocean & Golf Resort we have implemented all the hygiene and disinfection standards mandated by the brand and the local health authorities, hand in hand with the regulations of the Costa Rican Institute of Tourism.
Enhanced Public Space Cleaning.
- We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
- We're utilizing electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants.
- Temperature screening for associates and vendors at entry points.
- Temperature screening for guests at entry points.
- Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request
Some of the implementations before the arrival of the guest include the following:
- Advance communication of requirements and policies related to compliance with regulations in the hotel.
- Contactless options including mobile check in and mobile key.
- Variety of cleaning and disinfection methods you can choose from when booking to suit your needs.
Upon arrival:
- Option to check in via Marriott Bonvoy app and activate Mobile Key.
- Temperature is taken.
During the stay:
- Information channel when turning on the TV includes QR codes with Directory of Services, Restaurant and Room Service delivery menus.
- Option of room service with disposable packaging.
- QR menu available in restaurants.
- Visible reminder of distancing in all areas.
- Alcohol dispensers in all public areas
Additional changes in cleaning patterns and tactics include:
- Daily disinfection of all public areas of the hotel with electrostatic machine.
- Disinfection of your room according to the option selected when making your reservation.
- Placement of disinfection amenities including desinfectant wipes in the room.
- Ecolab certified products are used for disinfection.
- More frequent desinfection in high contact areas.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
