Taking place every Friday afternoon and led by experiened Georgian Chefs, Paragraph Freedom Square guests will partake in a hands on cooking class making Pkhali and Khinkali, Georgia’s most delectable savoury treats. Pkhali is a traditional appetizer of shaped spheres with a rich, nutty flavour filled with vegetables and herbs, while Khinkali is a classic juicy dumpling filled with meat and richly flavoured with spices. Guests will learn how to make and roll sumptous pastry, fill them with an array of locally sourced delights, and cook them to perfection in the traditional Georgian style. Each cooking class participant will be presented their own Paragraph Freedom Square apron and recipes, to recreate the memories and taste of Tbilisi at home.
