Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

We take hygiene and cleanliness standards very seriously. You'll notice several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout public spaces and guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators, and escalators and provided more hand sanitizing stations
  • Social Distancing Practices: You will see signage throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing and encouraging guests to stand at least 2 meters apart
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates will wear PPE (Face Coverings, Gloves etc.) based on the activities they are performing and the local government regulations
  • Guest Rooms: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room.
  • Temperature Screening: We will be temperature screening associates and guests at entry points.
  • Mobile technology such as check in, check out for less contact.

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Guest Rooms: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room
  • Temperature Screening: We will be temperature screening associates and guests at entry points.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

We are committed to making the amenities at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

  • Restaurants, Fitness Center, and Spa - with reinforced hygiene standards, shortened operation hours and social distancing measures.

MAKE AN INQUIRY NOW

  • Thermography body temperature check is carried out at hotel entrances. For guests with fever or COVID-19 symptoms, please refrain from entering the hotel.
  • May we ask for your cooperation to put on a face mask in hotel public areas and especially at the buffet line in restaurants, with the exception when social distance (2 meters) is maintained or minimal conversation takes place. For guests unable or do not wish to wear a mask, we ask for your cooperation to maintain social distance with other guests and observe COVID-19 etiquettes within the hotel premise.
  • We may request guests to provide proof of vaccination for patronage of 5 persons or above at all restaurants, bars and function spaces.
