• Keyless check-in: With the Marriott Bonvoy™ Mobile App, you can easily and remotely let us know when you are planning to arrive and your room key will be available digitally - you can go straight to your guest room. During your stay, you can choose a time and drop by the reception to sign the registration as per German law. Once you have departed, just inform us via App as well.
• Reach out digitally: Connect with us via the Bonvoy ™ Mobile App with all your questions, or to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
• Cash payment is not possible. Credit card terminals are being sanitized regularly.

• We take the time: Rooms are cleaned with an intensive disinfection of all surfaces.
• Up to you: During your stay, your room is cleaned only upon your request.
• Less is more: Digital newspapers and journals are available free of charge.
