  • Hand Sanitizer is available throughout the facility.
  • Disposable masks are available at the Front Desk upon request, however, not required to enter or experience the facility.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. As of March 21, 2022, guests are no longer required to wear personal face coverings in public spaces as per local regulations.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival.  Housekeeping refresh is provided daily: guests may opt out upon request. 

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations.

As per Provincial regulations, effective March 21, 2022, the following measures will be in place.

  • Signage is posted requiring guests to self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms prior to entering the restaurant, event spaces and fitness facility.
  • Facial coverings for guests are no longer required.  

Our goal throughout the pandemic has been to continue to provide our guests with a safe, enjoyable atmosphere, while delivering on the quality that you have come to expect. We appreciate your support and assistance in complying with the latest government issued regulations in order to stop the spread of Covid-19.  

  • Bar Mason restaurant is open for indoor dining and takeout every evening from 5pm - 10pm.
  • Cafe Mason is open for breakfast service each morning from 6:30am-11:00am.

As of March 21, 2022, facial coverings for guests are no longer required.  Signage is in place requiring guests to self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms prior to entering the restaurant and event spaces with QR code accessible menus available in our restaurant.
