Elegant and pillar-free, this 6,480 square feet ballroom has excellent acoustic qualities and offers the flexibility to divide into five separate spaces. For added convenience, it features a generous foyer on three sides.

Port Carling Room

Also known as the 'Junior Ballroom', the Port Carling Room features 11-foot ceilings and can be divided into two sections. Walk out to a large outdoor terrace on one side and spacious foyer on the other.

Bala Room

A charming space, this 918 square foot room features a floor-to-ceiling bay window effect, and allows guests to walk out onto a garden terrace. Decorated in pale green and cream, it also offers access to a large, dedicated foyer.

Featuring 7,000 square feet of grass surface, this pristine lawn has capacity to host a reception for up to 400 guests. The lawn is also connected to a 3,500-square-foot Lakeview Lawn Terrace with its stone surface and capacity for up to 200 persons.

E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Reception
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Schoolroom or Classroom
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
