The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

The following measures have been taken to ensure a safe and healthy experience:

  • As of August 25, 2021, the new provincial government order mandates face masks must be worn by all guests and hotel associates. Face masks and PPE kits can be provided free of charge to guests upon request.
  • Signage is posted throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and occupancy limits.
  • Seating capacity reductions in our restaurants and banquets have been implemented in compliance with municipal and provincial mandates.
  • Partitions have been installed at Front Desks, Spa and banquet service lines.
  • Elevator rides limited to guests within own safety bubble at this time.
  • Hydroalcoholic disinfectant gel will be provided throughout the hotel common areas and banquet rooms.
  • There will be no valet service available for parking at this time.
  • Temporary suspension of in-room dining and restaurant services.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, lobbies, restaurants and bars, spa, gym and provide more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. As per local law guests are also obliged to wear personal face coverings. We will provide face masks and PPE kits free of charge to the guests.
  • Room Amenities: We have replaced all paper stationary, In Room Dining Menu and Spa menu with a QR code information in order to minimize risks. We provide a sealed cover for the TV remote control and pen. In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule housekeeping service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

The modifications we have made include:

  • Fitness Centre and Pool: Fitness Centre & Pool is open daily with limited capacity from 8am to 9pm with the Pool closing between 2:30pm to 3:30pm for enhanced cleaning practices. Hot tub is closed until further notice.
  • MIXT Lobby Lounge & Restaurant: In restaurant dining closed. Grab & Go meal options available and guests may order directly from Front Desk.
  • Club Lounge and Services: Closed until further notice.
  • Hotel Shuttle: Not operating at this time

Meetings & Banquet services as usual:

  • Hand sanitation stations added outside every meeting room and in high-traffic areas.
  • Designated walkways marked with directional arrows.
  • Plexiglass barriers at the bar and hostess stand.
  • Reduced capacity and tables spaced out for physical distancing compliance.
  • Consistent and frequent disinfecting of all high-touch items, including credit/debit card terminals.
  • Menu items that are now available as individual portions rather than being served share-style.

All staff members are required to wear face masks and tables have been rearranged to ensure safe distance between tables. The banquet rooms are permitted to have groups larger than 50 guests at each meeting at a time. Tables and chairs are sanitized between all guest seatings.

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.

  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
