Terms and Conditions
1. Campaign Name
Marriott Bonvoy Earn and Redeem Campaign – Sticker Collecting Activity (the “Campaign”). The organizer of the Campaign is Shanghai Gingerroot Hotel Management Co., LTD (the “Organizer”).
2. Campaign period
From September 1, 2024, 00:00:00 to September 30, 2024, 23:59:59 (UTC+8)
3. Campaign Criteria
To participate in the Campaign, an eligible individual must meet the following criteria (“Criteria”):
3.1 be at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.
3.2 successfully registered as a member of Marriott Bonvoy.
3.3 participate the Campaign at the designated restaurants and bars of the participating hotels in Hong Kong, China. The list of participating hotels is attached.
3.4 fully and unconditionally agrees to and accept the terms and conditions once participate in the Campaign.
4. Campaign Participation
4.1 If the Criteria are met, participants must complete “Eligible Transaction” at designated restaurants of the participating hotels.
4.2 Each Eligible Transaction earns one sticker and must be claimed on the same day and restaurant of the dining transaction.
4.3 Participants will receive a booklet together with 1 sticker for the first Eligible Transaction.
4.4 Participants will get 1 sticker for every Eligible Transaction without limitation.
4.4 A booklet with 3 stickers can redeem for a limited-edition gift at any of the participating hotels, gifts are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
4.5 “Eligible Transaction" means a single dining transaction with a minimum amount of USD 10 or more (inclusive of service charges and taxes), payment must be made via electronic payment or cash, in any case it cannot be charged to room account, if any dining transaction is split for any purpose, the same dining transaction will only be counted as one Eligible Transaction for the purpose of participating the Campaign.
4.6 If a participant possesses booklet and stickers but does not use them within the Campaign period, it is considered as forfeiting their right to participate in the Campaign or receiving the gifts.
5. Description of gift
5.1 Gift and Quantity
The total number of gifts is 1,450 Teacup Blind Box, first come, first served.
5.2 Exchange gift at participating hotels
6. Activity terms
6.1 Except as otherwise expressly prohibited or limited by applicable laws, the Organizer has the right to change, limit or modify the terms and conditions for the Campaign without prior notice, and the Campaign shall subject to the latest terms and conditions to be announced from time to time by the Organizer.
6.2 All gifts shall be used in accordance with the Marriott Bonvoy terms and conditions and may not be withdrawn, redeemed, split, resold or exchanged for cash, prizes or credit.
6.3 Participants who redeemed any gifs in the Campaign are required to declare and pay their own taxes and fees, including but not limited to personal income tax.
6.4 Any participants who violates the stipulated time for gift redemption, or provides wrong information so that the gift cannot be delivered correctly, or does not participate in the Campaign in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Campaign will be deemed to waive the right to participate in the Campaign automatically, and will not be able to claim other compensatory rewards.
6.5 Members of the organizer and the Campaign development team and their immediate relatives (i.e., parents, children, spouse, and siblings) are not allowed to participate in the Campaign, and if they are found to have done so, they will be disqualified from participating in the Campaign and as well as from receiving any gift. If the gift has been issued, the Organizer has the right to recover the gift.
6.6 No payment is required to become a Marriott Bonvoy Member. Except the Eligible Transaction, no payment is required to participating the Campaign, be declared as a winner, or be awarded a gift. Any such request is done without the authority of Organizer and is fraudulent. Please do not make any such payment or money transfer. The Organizer is not responsible for such payments or any loss of personal property of any kind.
