Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The Westin 90-Hour Rest Week Contest (the "Contest") is open to open to legal residents of India who are at least 18 years of age as of date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Marriott International, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Talented Webco Private Limited (“Administrator”) and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, mandataries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, web site providers, webmasters, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's and/or Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winner.

  2. How to Enter: During the Contest Period, you may enter via Instagram or LinkedIn by responding to the Contest call-to-action Post(s) (“Post”) from the Westin India Instagram accounts, Marriott International India LinkedIn account, KOL Instagram accounts. You must tag yourself or an individual who is most deserving of rest and include why you feel you or your nominee deserves to win the Contest Prize (“Entry”).  There is no character limit on the Entry and entrants must provide their response within a single comment. Response must be in English and must comment directly on the Post from Westin India Instagram, Marriott International India LinkedIn, KOL Instagram. You may nominate yourself or a friend/relative.  Your Entry must meet all of the entry/eligibility requirements above for your Entry to be eligible. You may only use one (1) Instagram/LinkedIn account ID to enter. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Instagram/LinkedIn account to submit an Entry. You must set your Instagram/LinkedIn account to public.

    No information regarding Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed. Entries must be received by 31 March 2025 at 23:59 pm IST. There is a limit of one (1) Entry per entrant per Post throughout the Contest Period. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such Entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply. If entering via web-enabled mobile device, normal cellular/data and usage charges imposed by your cellular service may apply. Standard data rates may apply if entering via mobile device.

  3. Determination of Grand Prize Winner: All eligible Entries that are posted will have the opportunity to receive “likes” once they are posted.  The amount of likes each Entry receives (once validated) will be worked into the final score (25% of final score) to determine the winner, along with Sponsor’s judges, judging each Entry based on  the following criteria: 50% creativity, 25% Most Deserving.  The Entry that receives the highest score from the judges, along with the “likes” will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner, subject to verification. Judges’ decisions are final on all matters relating to the judging and winner determination. In the event of a tie, tied Entries will be re-judged based 100-percent (100%) on creativity. 

  4. Winner Notification: Potential winner will be initially notified via Instagram or LinkedIn on or about 11 April 2025. Potential winner must respond to direct message by the deadline indicated in the notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be determined and notified. Winner will be sent via email/email link a Liability & Publicity Release (where legal) and will be required to provide additional information back to Administrator (e.g. date of birth, mailing address, etc.). for verification of eligibility and prize fulfillment. If the potential winner fails to return any required document within the required time period, or the prize notification is returned undeliverable, or in the event that the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the prize to the entrant with the next highest score as stated in Rule #3 above. 

    Potential winner is subject to verification by Sponsor/Administrator, whose decisions are final and BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE CONTEST. An entrant is not the winner of the prize unless and until entrant's eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. 

  5. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize: A 4-day/3-night stay for Grand Prize winner and up to two (2) guests in one (1) room at one (1) of the twelve (12) Westin India properties of winner’s choice, including $400 USD in Food & Beverage dining vouchers, $200 USD in spa vouchers (“Stay”), ARV: $1,500) USD.

    Prize Restrictions: Restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Stay cannot be redeemed on weekends, public holidays, eve of public holidays or special occasions such as Christmas, Christmas eve, New Years, New Years Eve.  Prize must be utilized by 31 December 2025. Vouchers are subject to issuers’ terms and conditions. All fees and expenses (such as security fees, gratuities, meals, and incidental charges) related to acceptance and use of the Grand Prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitution at its sole discretion if advertised prize, or portion of prize, becomes unavailable. 

  6. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and in the event of cancellation, prize will be awarded based on the judging criteria and “likes” received from among all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor, Administrator, Instagram, LinkedIn, and their agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected Entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of Entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. Sponsor's or Administrator's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
