In order to book the service, please follow the next steps:

• Find the corresponding platform according to your terminal

T2 - Please go to Platform 26
T3 - Please go to Platform 37
T4 - Please go to Platform 26

• Upon arrival at your platform, please be patient as you wait a few minutes for our transportation partners to pick you up in one of our branded vans. (Up to 45 minutes for arrival, depending on traffic conditions)

Please note: This service is shared and complimentary 24/7, subject to availability.

Reimbursement does not apply in case of taking another transportation.
