    SEPARATION OF MEAT AND DAIRY

    We strictly separate meat and dairy areas, adhering to kosher laws and preventing cross-contamination. We have two kitchens: one for meat and one for dairy. A Mashgiach supervises both, ensuring full compliance with kosher standards.

    DOUBLE SETS OF UTENSILS

    We maintain separate utensils, cookware, and serving dishes for meat and dairy preparations. This prevents mixing and ensures purity. If tableware traceability is compromised outside the service area, it must be kashered. In the case of plates, they must be replaced.

    PREMIUM INGREDIENTS

    We are committed to surpassing expectations by ensuring that each item in our selection strictly adheres to the most stringent kosher certification standards. All of our meat is certified Glatt Kosher, and all dairy is certified Cholov Yisroel.

    DIETARY ACCOMMODATIONS

    Preparations are overseen by a Mashgiach from the Jewish Center of Cabo. Items are sealed and signed to ensure kosher integrity upon reaching the guest. This protocol allows us to serve throughout the hotel, including by the pool, on the beach, in rooms, or at dining venues.

The Kosher Kitchen and Kosher Service at ZadĂșn, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve are K-abo Kosher certified by the Center, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of kosher laws. Under the guidance of Rabbi Benny Hershcovich, the entire certification process is meticulously overseen, from sourcing ingredients to food preparation and handling, guaranteeing kosher integrity and purity.


      This commitment to excellence allows guests to enjoy an authentic and exceptional dining experience, knowing their dietary needs are met with the utmost care and precision.

    Setup fee: $320 USD, plus menu selection. Price plus 15% taxes and 18% service charge.

    We offer a comprehensive kitchen kashering service for Residences, provided by the Cabo Jewish Center. Our team ensures that every aspect of your kitchen meets the rigorous standards of kosher preparation, from thorough cleaning to meticulous kosherization of utensils and surfaces. With our all-inclusive service, you can trust that your home kitchen will be fully prepared to uphold the highest levels of kosher compliance, providing peace of mind for you and your family

    PRE - ARRIVAL

    Once your reservation is confirmed, a pre-arrival process will begin to ensure every detail is prepared for your stay. Upon arrival, your Tosoani will introduce you to the Kosher Kitchen, as well as the Rabbi who will be supervising the preparation of your food. The Rabbi will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding food preparation. To ensure the availability of the Kosher Kitchen, kindly confirm with Guest Services at least 72 hours in advance.

    • Kitchen access is granted by the Rabbi only. Please contact Rabbi Benny Hershcovich at +52-624-133-0489 or via email at jewishcabo@gmail.com to schedule the mashgiach service.

      The cost for the kosher supervision and kitchen access is $200 USD per day, payable to Chabad Cabo directly.

    •  

      All payments must be confirmed by the Rabbi at least 48 hours prior to arrival in order to schedule the service

    • Once payment is confirmed by the Rabbi, our chefs will prepare a menu with options to choose and share it with you prior to your arrival at ZadĂșn.

    • Upon your arrival at ZadĂșn, your Tosoani (Personal Attendant) will collaborate with the chef to coordinate your menus for the duration of your stay.

      Food orders must be confirmed at least 12 hours in advance, for preparation and programming.

    • Personalized menus by a dedicated chef are also available, with an additional fee of $150 USD per meal. Please consider that special preparations are subject to availability and menus will be priced separately

    •  

      The fee for reheating and serving off-site meals is $30 USD per meal, per guest. 

    •  

      In case breakfast is included in your room rate, only the difference will be charged, which is $25 USD per person.

    •  

      The kitchen closes on Fridays at 3:00 p.m. on Shabbat and reopens at 8:30 a.m. on Sundays.

    • Dinner service on Motzei Shabbat must be explicitly confirmed with the Rabbi. Menu selection must be agreed upon by Friday before noon and may be served on Saturday, one and a half hours after the conclusion of Shabbat.

    • To confirm your Kosher Service, we kindly request that you make the deposit within the next 72 hours. If not completed within this time frame, your request will be put on hold and subject to availability

    CHECK-IN INFORMATION

    Access to the Kosher Kitchen is only allowed by the Rabbi, and no services can be provided without his supervision. The kitchen is closed between services.

    Menu selection, schedule, and location must be confirmed at least 12 hours in advance for preparation and programming.

    ‱ At a minimum, one hour notice is required for any adjustment to the menu selection and service schedule. All additional plates and other requests will be subject to availability if requested during the
    aforementioned time.

    ‱ Changes to the service schedule beyond one hour of the previously allotted time could affect the quality of the food preparations.

    ‱ Partial or total cancellations of an order with less than one hour prior to the agreed service will incur a charge for the total service.

    ‱ Shabbat Menu selections must be confirmed in full 12 hours in advance (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner).

    ‱ All food sent during Shabbat will be presented in disposable containers to ensure that meat and milk are not mixed during the various services.

    ‱ If services are ordered outside of our Kosher Kitchen at the guest’s request, and the integrity of the chinaware is compromised by mixing with non-kosher food, a restocking fee will be charged.

    ‱ The kitchen closes on Fridays at 3:00 p.m. on Shabbat and reopens at 8:30 a.m. on Sundays.

    ‱ Dinner service on Motzei Shabbat must be explicitly confirmed with the Rabbi. Menu selection must be agreed upon by Friday before noon and may be served on Saturday from 8:45 p.m. onwards.

    *If foods are brought from outside, they will not be processed within our Kosher kitchen unless they are pre-packaged, factory-prepared items. In such cases, we may reheat them, provided they carry the appropriate koshercertification. If a guest wishes to enjoy off-site meals on the property, we kindly request that they sign a disclaimer. Only the guest will be permitted to receive these meals. Once approved, our team can assist with any follow-up,including the heating and storage of the food, ensuring all kosher guidelines are respected.
