Green Key Certification
The Westin Tokyo, a wellness-focused urban hotel offering unique programs for physical and mental well-being, has received the international eco-label Green Key, awarded to environmentally responsible hotels and restaurants.
Established in 1994 by the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE) in Denmark, Green Key is granted to facilities that meet strict criteria across 13 categories, including 75 mandatory and 75 optional items. It recognizes sustainable operations and environmental policies. Over 6,000 facilities in 70 countries have earned this certification.
