Ceremony Package

The inclusive offering of the Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa’s ceremony package provides all your needs for a full wedding ceremony setup!  The resort takes full advantage of its breathtaking location by offering three ocean view outdoor ceremony locations.  Your ceremony package includes the setup of full wedding regalia – a custom floral arch, rose petal aisle, sound system and all the necessary accoutrements for a spectacular ceremony setup.

Reception Package

Gala receptions can be hosted indoor in our newly renovated ballroom or one of our three ocean view outdoor venues.  No details are left behind in our reception package which includes butler-passed hors d’oeuvres, one-hour hosted bar, three-course plated dinner, custom wedding cake, wine service throughout the meal, champagne toast, gold Chiavari chairs and complimentary ocean view guest room for the wedding couple.

Room Set-Up Examples

Setup Example

Theater

Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.

E-shape, U-shape and T-shape

Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.

Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
