The mattress was too old and sunk down when he lay on it ( it bothers even for a 99.99% deep-sleeper). The ice vending machine motor sound was way too loud even bothered with a deep-sleeper (99.99% of easy to fall in sleep). The breakfast was bad as well...*_*

Rated 4 out of 5 by DwaineLooby from San Jose Marriott I enjoyed my recent stay at the Marriott (Nov 2019) and found that the location in the Downtown area of San Jose was quite good. Most of the main attractions were within walking distance from the W Market street Location and even on the same street. The Convention Center public transport stop is nearby and I was able to do a personal photo walk. The staff were quite helpful and friendly to me. The room and amenities were good from what I saw, however the breathtaking view of the Downtown area was one of the highlights for me. I will highly recommend this establishment wholeheartedly.

Está convenientemente ubicado en pleno corazón de la ciudad, y brinda una amplia variedad de servicios entre los que se destaca, una excepcional área de eventos y convenciones. También cuenta con gimnasio con el más moderno equipamiento y una piscina climatizada.

The room itself was average and housekeeping could have done a better job at cleaning. Upon checking in, it appeared that some of the pillows had dirty pillow cases. Also, there was a black thing on the bathroom floor for 3 days before housekeeping decided to pick it up. The complimentary lotion in the bathroom had been used prior to my arrival and it was almost empty. At that point, I threw all the complimentary items in the trash so that I could get fresh ones the next day. My telephone didn't work in my room, so I had to go downstairs to request a taxi and I couldn't order room service or anything (really inconvenient). There's a shop in the hotel which is extremely overpriced. I paid over $20 for two packs of Wet Ones and a tiny Lysol spray. This hotel is also home to the Tanq Bar and some random restaurant which has no name advertised. I decided to eat there on my last night and had to ask the waiter for the name. He hesitated before saying Market Street. That restaurant is not up to par so I would avoid if possible.

Rated 4 out of 5 by CMR from Great location. Beds are super comfortable and location is great. The hotel is attached to the conventions center which made our stay there very nice. Love not having to travel far to get to our venue.
