The front desk will lie to you!
Front desk people will tell you one thing and do another. If you use their gift card, plan on just paying with your card on file whether they tell you it’s on your gift card or not

Great room, terrible housekeeping
The location and room size were perfect for our needs. Our room was never cleaned in the 3 days we stayed. We had to continuously request replacement towels (and they were not always delivered. Nothing was wiped down. They delivered a wet blanket to us for the sofa bed (which was extremely uncomfortable, even for a kid).

Needs work
Staff was noisy and was woke up by staff yelling around 2am and room was not vacuumed. toilet was not working. Reserved price was increased during checkout and a 50 dollar hold was placed each day that was reserved

Great location for a BOK center concert
My mom and I recently stayed at the Aloft Tulsa Downtown for a concert at the BOK center and it was so close to the hotel we could see it from our hotel window! The walk was about less than five minutes to BOK center and we saw Twenty Øne Piløts they were great too ;)
