Terms and Conditions

I. Campaign Name

The Campaign is named “From Points to Plates—A Feast Awaits" (the "Campaign"), organized by Shanghai Jianggen Hotel Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer").

II. Campaign Period                                            

The Campaign will run from 00:00 on March 31^st, 2025, to 24:00 on June 30^th, 2025 (Beijing Time).

III. Participants

Participants in this Campaign must be members of Marriott Bonvoy.

IV. Campaign Details

1. Marriott Bonvoy members may redeem points from their accounts for designated dining services at participating hotels.

2. Specific redemption items and required points are subject to the redemption rules announced by each participating hotel during the Campaign period. The following examples are provided for reference only. Redemption items and points may be adjusted based on the actual operations of each participating hotel. Please review and ensure you understand the redemption rules announced by the participating hotel before making any redemptions:

- 600 points: to redeem a cup of coffee valued at approximately HKD 40.

- 1000 points: to redeem a slice of cake valued at approximately HKD 80 and a cup of tea.

- 1600 points: to redeem a bottle of red wine valued at approximately HKD 120. 

V. Participation Method

1. Participants must be registered as Marriott Bonvoy members who dine at the designated restaurants of participating hotels during the Campaign period and make point redemptions on-site at the corresponding participating hotel's restaurant or bars.
   
   
2. Members must present a valid photo ID with their full name to the staff of the participating hotel before redeeming any items to verify their membership status.
   
   
3. Members must follow the redemption process specified by the participating hotel. Points will be deducted from the member's account within 24 hours after a successful redemption.
   
   
4. There is no limit to the number of times Marriott Bonvoy members can dine at designated venues or the number of points redeemed during the Campaign period.
   
   
5. Charges for dining expenses added to room charges are not applicable to this Campaign. 

VI. Additional Terms

1. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, the Organizer reserves the right to modify or adjust the terms and/or conditions of this Campaign based on actual circumstances without further notice. The latest Campaign rules announced at that time shall prevail.
   
   
2. All terms and conditions regarding points earning and points redemption at restaurants and bars are applicable. Member exclusive benefits on F&B discounts cannot be combined with points redemption offer in this campaign. 3. This Campaign can be combined with other Marriott Bonvoy or participating hotels’ discounts and promotions.
   
   
4. When making eligible transactions at participating hotels for this Campaign, the exchange rate between the US dollar and the local currency is subject to our daily exchange rate.
   
   
5. Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to health.
   
   
6. Participants agree that the Organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss of information submitted by participants due to computer, website, network, communication, or other technical errors (including technical errors that interfere with participants' transactions).
   
   
7. The Organizer reserves the right to interpret this Campaign.
   
   
8. To obtain details about redemption products and services offered by participating hotels during campaign period, please contact the customer service hotline of the participating hotel. For specific contact information, please visit https://www.marriott.com.cn/default.mi to access the contact details of the respective participating hotels.
   
   
9. Ensure that your member account information is accurate to avoid affecting your eligibility to participate in the Campaign and points redemption.
