Small Meetings
Our downtown Austin event venues are ideal for small meetings or intimate gatherings. There are several small spaces, including the pre-set Board Room or many rooms that can be divided for smaller groups.
Large Meetings
With two large ballrooms totaling 2,392 and 2,511 square feet, our flexible rooms can accommodate up to 280 guests for expos or general sessions with plenty of flexible foyer space for registration areas.
Unique Spaces
The rooftop terrace can accommodate up to 90 guests for a cocktail hour or reception with scenic skyline views of downtown Austin. The space has a full sound system, fans to keep attendees cool and string lights to set the scene for a memorable evening.
