The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates.
  • Sneeze guards installed at JW Café buffet.
  • Increased spacing between tables to at least 1.5-meters inclusive of Banqueting, Restaurants and Lounges

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided hand sanitizing stations in high traffic areas.
  • Housekeeping services: Extra disinfection on High touch area - the most frequently touched guest room areas.
  • Face Mask: All associates wear disposable surgical masks at all times. All guests must wear a mask when entering the hotel and in all public areas. Masks are available for purchase at the front desk.

Room Amenities:

  • A wide variety of Magazines and Newspapers can be accessed via PressReader Mobile APP when connected to the hotel Wifi.
  • Hygiene welcome amenity (individually wrapped face mask + Sanitizer gel bottle)
  • Weekly disinfection of Air Conditioning supply in each guestroom. Air filter is replaced with a new sanitized filter prior to every arrival.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services daily with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

  • Fitness Center: Open, reduced capacity, advance booking required. Cardio machines & treadmills are placed maintaining social distancing. All equipment and machines are sanitized on frequent interval.
  • Swimming Pool: Open, reduced capacity to enable enhanced cleaning protocols.

We have revised service across our Restaurants and Bars so check the website for the latest opening times. Digital menus are available in all outlets. We strongly recommend advance booking, use of contactless payments or credit/debit card payments. Pick-up service is available directly from the restaurant as the preferred option.

All of our venues and banquet spaces have been adapted to comply with the local regulations with 1.5 meters between tables
Following Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) announcement regarding to Covid 19 situation. Some restaurants are opened.

  • JW Cafe: Open from 06.00 - 22.00 hrs
  • BBCO: Open from 06.00 - 21.00 hrs
  • Man Ho Chinese Restaurant: Open from 11.30 - 14.30 hrs for lunch (15.30 Saturday&Sunday) and from 17.30 - 22.00 hrs for dinner
  • Tsu Japanese Restaurant: Open from 11.30 - 14.30 hrs for lunch (15.30 Saturday&Sunday) and from 17.30 - 22.00 hrs for dinner
  • Nami Tepanyaki Steakhouse: Open for lunch 11.30 -15.30 and from 17.30 - 22.00 hrs for dinner
  • New York Steakhouse: Open from 17.30 - 23.00 hrs
  • Lobby Bar: Open from 08.00 - 23.00 hrs
  • Manhattan Bar: Open Thursday - Saturday, 17.00 - 23.00 Hrs
