Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art (QAGOMA)

QAGOMA is based in two neighbouring gallery buildings in the Queensland Cultural Centre, a short walk across the river from Brisbane city and adjacent to South Bank. As one of Australia’s most visited and inspiring galleries, you’ll encounter impressive and immersive art experiences that celebrate the art and artists of the region. Across both galleries are ever-changing exhibitions of contemporary and historical Australian and international art, accompanied by dynamic programs and events. QAGOMA also holds a globally significant collection of contemporary art from Australia, Asia and the Pacific.
