Guidelines
- All packages and shipments must have the information listed below
- Please bring your tracking numbers with you to assist our staff in locating your boxes in our package room or to track any boxes that might not have arrived
- Incoming packages will not be accepted any earlier than 72 business hours prior to the start of your meeting.
All outgoing packages must be packed and clearly labeled prior to shipping

Incoming Shipping Pricing:
- 0 – 2 lbs $2.00 each
- 3 – 10 lbs $5.00 each
- 11 – 20 lbs $10.00 each
- 21 – 40 lbs $20.00 each
- 41 – 60 lbs $40.00 each
- 61 – 100 lbs $60.00 each
- 101+ lbs $80.00 each
- Crate on Wheels $80.00 each
- Pallets $100.00 each
Box Movement (Show-Related Materials)
The movement of boxes is the responsibility of the group. Box shipment should be coordinated in advance through Event Management or the hotels preferred partner, FedEx. Box movement handled by hotel staff will be billed to the group master at the prevailing rate.
