Thermal Pools and Hydrotherapy Journey

A signature feature of our Niagara Falls Spa are the 3 outdoor Thermal Pools that provide a hydrotherapy journey through temperature delivery. Through the process of moving from hot to warm to cold, the journey soothes, restores and imparts therapeutic properties.

Hot Pool

35-40 degrees Celsius

An essential step in the hydrotherapy journey is to increase body temperature. Our hot pool dilates blood vessels, flushes toxins, reduces blood pressure, and increases flow of blood to muscles and skin.

Warm Pool

25-30 degrees Celsius

This pool continues the heating effect, and can be used in place of the hot pool. Benefits include relaxing muscles, increases oxygenation of blood, and reducing pain and inflammation.

Cold Plunge Pool

7-12 degrees Celsius

End the heat/warm/cold cycle with a short dip in our coldest pool. A short stint is all that is required to reap the benefits of the process. This step releases endorphins, closes pores, increases heart rate, and improves circulation.

Burning Springs Spa & Thermal Pools Day Pass

Guests can experience the outdoor and indoor spa areas by reserving a Day Pass. The pass can be purchased for day use or as an add-on to an appointment. The pass provides access to the Himalayan Salt Sauna, Indoor Hot Tub, outdoor Thermal Pools, Finnish-inspired Sauna Cabin, Lounge Area, robe, towels, and locker room with showers.

Outdoor Oasis

The outdoor oasis spa area is home not only to the Thermal Pools, but also an outdoor relaxation area and a Finnish-inspired Sauna Cabin. This space can be enjoyed year-round thanks to a heated pool deck surround.

Finnish-Inspired Sauna Cabin

A dry heat sauna with an average temperature of 66 degrees celsius. Benefits include improved circulation, lowered blood pressure, stress relief, glowing skin, reduced joint stiffness and muscle soreness.

Indoor Oasis

Our indoor experience is where guests will find our indoor hot tub, Himalayan Salt Sauna, and indoor relaxation lounge. The indoor space is a quiet sanctuary for guests who prefer an indoor experience but still want to indulge in an immersive element of the spa.

Himalayan Salt Sauna

With origins that date back to the medieval era, the benefits of Halotherapy (salt therapy) are time-tested, and wide-ranging. The salt the lines the sauna contains 84 elements and trace elements including negative ions that stimulate the air and can reduce inflammation, improve respiratory conditions, provide increased energy and improve overall health and mood.
